JELADO 41Khaki Shorts(41カーキショート) Peanut【AG62319】

今回のコレクションのために作られたといっても過言ではないこだわりのチノを製作しました。
タテヨコ20のムラ糸を使った高密度のチノを旧力織機で織り上げました。
ムラ糸を使用しているため生地の凹凸感やネップ感など、ヴィンテージ好きにはたまらない表情を浮かべております。
ヴィンテージのチノにならい左綾で織っております。
基本右綾の双糸つかいがウエポン、左綾の単糸つかいがチノとされており、今回の生地はまさしくチノ生地をつかったチノトラウザーです。
当時のヴィンテージ同様の２mmの両玉縁で縫い、縫製糸の番手、運針など合わせて縫い上げております。
フロント裏の持ち出しやポケットには別生地のチノを使い、より見えないところにもヴィンテージのディテールにこだわりました。
41カーキのデザインをショーツに落とし込みました。
41カーキの太さからはパターンを見直し程よい太さに変更して製作しております。

It’s not an exaggeration to say that this Collection was made because of these Chinos.
Using a Vintage Power Loom, we have produced a high-density left hand twill chino fabric, using 20x20 uneven vertical and horizontal threads. Because of the nep and uneven nature of the threads, the chinos have the perfect vintage feel, irresistible for all vintage lovers.
Sewn with precision and exactly replicating the thread count and needle movement, we used 2mm stitches, as seen on Vintage examples of the time.
We used different weight fabrics for the front and back pockets, being particular about vintage detailing, even if you can’t see it.
We stuck with the original silhouette, wide with a high rise, for a rugged and masculine look.
